-to fulfill a background for the educational activity on the basis of personal development and engagement of pupils, to facilitate an active dialogue not only between pupils, but also teachers, to initiate more common activities and also to apply  some examples of good practices from their European colleagues.

-to promote transnational dialogue and cooperation which will foster and strengthen the European dimension in education and culture.

-to raise awareness in saving water and research all options to have a pure water.

-to apply a cross curricular approach given the complexity of one topic theme. We will consider a lot of subjects involved in developing the theme such as: Biology, Geography, IT, Chemistry,Foreign Languages, Mother Tongue, History.

-to develop editing and publishing techniques in issuing the newspaper.We also want to address matters such as: access to culture, to educational programmes, curricula, active research, water as economic resource, English as a Second Language, acccess for all to the ICT, enhancing student creativity,  international cooperation, language and science, active citizenship,  learning resources, new techologies, achievement at school, quality and improvement  in education, cultural interaction.

- to share good examples of practice and, it is our intention to develop the partnership at its best and on excellent terms.

We will develop a series of methodological competencies, of teaching abilities, cross curricular approach, communication and dissemination ones.
